Making pasta yourself is not cooking, it’s an act of love!– The pasta rollers are made for Ankarsrum by the Italian premium manufacturer Marcato, which has over 80 years of experience – Run the dough through the lasagne roller a few times on the highest setting before gradually reducing the thickness. Fold the dough in half between each pass.- The dough sheets that you have made using the lasagne roller or by rolling out by hand can then be passed through the fettuccine or spaghetti roller.- Only pasta dough may be processed with the pasta accessories.- Take care not to get your fingers or foreign objects into the rollers.- Never lean over the roller when the Assistent is working.- The pasta rollers fit all models of the Assistent from N1-N30.
