The mincer of your Ankarsrum Assistent Original helps you to process various ingredients freshly. Do you also use your Ankarsrum to make pasta? This extension is ideal for pestos and pasta fillings. Try out different creations with the mincer by plugging the mincer into the main connection of your Ankarsrum Assistent Original. Then tilt the appliance on its side, insert the 4.5 mm perforated disk and start processing your ingredients.Sweet or savory – a wide range of uses Make delicious desserts with the universal chopper of your Ankarsrum Original Assistant. Sorbets made from frozen fruit are a delicious dessert, as is a fruit puree made from fruit. You can also make your own healthy snacks in the form of sweets to take away. A variety of nuts and dried fruits with coconut oil, agave syrup and other ingredients make sweet confectionery balls that are perfect to take away. Hearty creations such as red and green pestos or a homemade spinach and tofu filling for your ravioli are also easy to make with the universal chopper.

In addition to the mincer with tray and tamper, you have everything you need to make your own sausage! Three different sausage filling attachments can be used for hot dogs, Nuremberg sausages, bratwurst and sausage slices. • The 4-blade knife is always included in the various mincer packages.
• However, the knife is also available separately and fits into mincer model 10 (see number on the knife).
• Always use the tamper for refilling and make sure that no foreign bodies get into the mincer.
